The USPTO Leadership Assessment is a tool designed by the Office of Human Resources, Enterprise Training Division, to help you identify your strengths and development needs as a leader at USPTO. Leadership is critical at all levels of the organization, from individual performers to senior executives, and each leader will develop a set of knowledge, skills and abilities that relate to their role in accomplishing the USPTO mission.
Use of this tool is completely voluntary and your assessment results are confidential. No one but you will see your results unless you choose to share them.
