The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), through the Training and Management Assistance (TMA) Program, has formed collaborative relationships with other Federal agencies to solve a wide array of training and human resources problems. HT is honored to have been a part of this partnership since 1979.
HT has successfully applied its models and systematic processes in hundreds of public- and private-sector organizations. Our instructional design expertise has been recognized through awards from many sources including the Government Training Officers Conference, the International Society for Performance Improvement, MacroMedia, and Brandon Hall. The HT team has produced numerous instructional videos that have received prestigious CINE Golden Eagles.
The National Academy of Public Administration has included our Human Resource (HR) Management solutions among the Academy’s list of best practices. Our pay-for-performance, competency-based HR system for a new Federal intelligence agency received the Workforce Optimas Award and President’s Quality Award.
Our work and commitment to Government service were recognized when the OPM Training and Management Assistance Program named HT its 2005 Large Business Benchmark Partner.
