About The Human Resource Development Council

The Human Resource Development Council is composed of leaders of the human resource development (HRD) functions in Federal departments and agencies. Supported by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The HRDC was established in 1994 to provide leadership for Federal HRD and to assist in building high performing Federal agencies.
