HRD Policy Guidance & Assistance

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management examines current human resource development statutes and policies to identify needed change and issue guidance, advisory opinions, policy interpretation, and technical assistance. We distribute this information to Federal agencies to support the creation of effective human resource development programs across the entire Federal Government.
